Main departure ports:
- Jyväskylä harbour, Satamakatu 8, Jyväskylä. The harbour is located about a 10-minute walk from the centre of Jyväskylä and Jyväskylä Travel Centre (train station and bus station). The Harbour is part of the Lutakko area on the shore of Lake Jyväsjärvi.
- Lahti harbour, Satamakatu, Lahti. The Lahti Harbour is located about a 15-minute walk from the city centre on the shore of Lake Vesijärvi.
- Heinola harbour, Maaherrankatu 1, Heinola. The Heinola harbour is located right next to the centre of Heinola, less than a 10-minute walk from the centre and the bus station.

- Virtakivi guest port, Veneranta 4, Kouvola. About 12 km from the centre of Kouvola. From main road 46 turn to Kuusankoski – approx. 1.1 km from the roundabout to Voikaantie – approx. 1 km to Brejlinintie – follow the signs Vierasvenesatama
- Hirvelä port, Brejlinintie 42, Kouvola. About 13 km from the centre of Kouvola. From main road 46 turn onto Nuujanmäentie – approx. 1.2 km turn onto Hirveläntie (sign Hirvelä) – approx. 100 m Brejlininpolku – follow the signs to the marina

Childen are welcome onboard accompanied by an adult. For the youngest child you can take troller with onboard.
Child ticket discount when accompanied by an adult: 4-11 year olds – 50%, children under 4 years free (children under 12 years only accompanied by an adult).
Passengers with manual wheelchairs are very welcome on board in our vessels; unfortunately motor-driven wheelchairs cannot be accepted. We can only accommodate a few passengers in wheelchairs at the same time, therefore prior booking is advised. We will be happy to recommend a suitable cruise for wheelchair or walking frame users. Toilet facilities on our vessels have been modernized to cater also for the disabled. Please notice; all the depart places are not so good for wheelchairs.
Jyväskylä harbor offers a payable parking area. Parking for a longer period of time there is a multi-store car park located close by.
In Lahti there is a large payable car park in the harbor (please note that this area may be in other use during major events).
In Heinola free parking is available in the harbor and in the streets nearby.
