• Jyväskylä harbour, Satamakatu 8, Jyväskylä. The harbour is located about a 10-minute walk from the centre of Jyväskylä and Jyväskylä Travel Centre (train station and bus station). The Harbour is part of the Lutakko area on the shore of Lake Jyväsjärvi.
• Lahti harbour, Satamakatu, Lahti. The Lahti Harbour is located about a 15-minute walk from the city centre on the shore of Lake Vesijärvi.
• Heinola harbour, Maaherrankatu 1, Heinola. The Heinola harbour is located right next to the centre of Heinola, less than a 10-minute walk from the centre and the bus station.

• Virtakivi guest port, Veneranta 4, Kouvola. About 12 km from the centre of Kouvola. From main road 46 turn to Kuusankoski – approx. 1.1 km from the roundabout to Voikaantie – approx. 1 km to Brejlinintie – follow the signs Vierasvenesatama
• Hirvelä port, Brejlinintie 42, Kouvola. About 13 km from the centre of Kouvola. From main road 46 turn onto Nuujanmäentie – approx. 1.2 km turn onto Hirveläntie (sign Hirvelä) – approx. 100 m Brejlininpolku – follow the signs to the marina
• Äänekoski, Suolahti port. Satamakatu
• Kuusa channel, Vilppulantie 59, Kuusa.

Jyväskylä harbor offers a payable parking area. Parking for a longer period of time there is a multi-store car park located close by.

In Lahti there is a large payable car park in the harbor (please note that this area may be in other use during major events).

In Heinola free parking is available in the harbor and in the streets nearby.

Passengers with manual wheelchairs are very welcome on board in our vessels; unfortunately motor-driven wheelchairs cannot be accepted. We can only accommodate a few passengers in wheelchairs at the same time, therefore prior booking is advised. We will be happy to recommend a suitable cruise for wheelchair or walking frame users. Toilet facilities on our vessels have been modernized to cater also for the disabled. Please notice; all the depart places are not so good for wheelchairs.

The lunch and dinner menus are prepared from fresh seasonal ingredients in the ship’s kitchen. The products at the buffet table vary according to the season and availability. We mainly use lactose-free and gluten-free products, and the vegan option is upon request.

Yes. Ticket sales on board and in the harbor begin roughly half an hour before the cruise departure time. We prefer bookings in advance.

Dogs are welcome on the ship, if the owner can personally judge that the dog is comfortable on board and behaves respectfully to other passengers. Dogs must always be on a leash.

With the exception of guide and assistance dogs, pets may not be brought into the restaurant premises for hygiene reasons. While on board, the owner is fully responsible for the dog. There is no separate fee for dogs on our cruises.

Yes! Group discounts for cruise tickets: more than 10 people -5%, more than 20 people -10%, more than 40 people -15%.

It is definitely worth combining our restaurant services with a charter cruise. All our ships have good restaurant services and their own kitchens, where we prepare meals from the best local ingredients. All our cruise restaurants have alcohol serving licences, and every summer we have selected the best selection of wines for the ships. We make the meals according to the customer’s wishes, or alternatively, you can choose from ready-made suggestions that our ship’s chefs have created.
